Shipping Policy

Do you deliver to me?

We deliver within the UK via royal mail. FREE OF CHARGE. You can check estimated delivery times from the product page and even upgrade to a faster delivery (if available) during checkout.

Which couriers do we use?

couriers, including Royal Mail and DPD and Yodel, so you can rest assured your order will be delivered safely.

Can you offer faster delivery?

If faster delivery is available, you'll see an additional delivery service option in the delivery box on the product's page and be able to upgrade during checkout.

Can I track my order?

we use a tracked delivery service. You'll be emailed the tracking information..

Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy

If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days providing the product does not show signs of use or damage.  If your product was sent tracked, the 30 day window begins when the delivery takes place. If your product wasn't sent tracked, the 30 day window begins on the last day of the estimated delivery date.

There are some exceptions which you won't be able to return e.g.  personalised items etc.

 this doesn't include the process for a faulty good covered under the 12 month warranty for eligible items. If you have a faulty item please contact to arrange returning and a replacement. items will have a warranty period stated on the item description. No item is covered for accidental damage, water damage excessive scratches etc.


What is your returns process?

To return your product, simply:

  1. send us an email to with order number and reason for return.

  2. indicate whether you would prefer a replacement or refund for this item.

  3. wait for approval and return to address provided with original item packaging.

How do I know if you've received my return?

We'd always advise sending your return tracked for your own peace of mind and to cover you in the event of any courier delays.

How quickly will a refund reach my account?

Once a refund has been processed for your order, the money should reach your original payment method in 3-5 working days, although this can take up to 30 days for credit/debit cards depending on who you bank with. We'd love to make it instant but these timescales are unfortunately out of our control!
